I am sixty two years old, experience in aviation for more than thirty five years. A University Graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Work at Julius Nyerere International Airport; working with Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority as a Senior Air Traffic Controller, OJT Instructor and a Supervisor. Also, I was an Instructor at Tanzania Civil Aviation Training Centre; a Chief Instructor and an Instructor of Aviation Security and Air Traffic Management. I am a part time Instructor
