I have an overall 18+ years of experience in the IT industry with more than 14 years in Software Testing with Delivery, Pre-sales & Active involvement in COE as Process COE Lead. I have widespread experience in Managing Test Projects of Multiple Dynamics, conducting TPI Assessments. I am involved in transformation in doing Test maturity assessment and then provide recommendations and create a roadmap and implementation plan for organization to achieve higher level of maturity.
