I am a job seeker currently located in São Paulo, Brazil. I am looking for a full time job (senior level) related to customer service, customer care, customer support and customer journey/ experience in any industry. I have 12+ years of experience managing customer service teams in sales and hotel reservations. Bachelor's degree in Tourism (2002), post graduation in Hotel Management (2006) and MBA in Talent Management/ HR (expected completion 2022). Courses on quality management, CRM implementation, Kanban/ Agile/ Scrum methodology, pricing and revenue management.
