I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and help people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, chronic pain and relationship issues. I use a neuroscience-based integrative approach based on the dynamics of mind, brain, body and spirit. I help people work through their negative thoughts, emotions and actions to achieve fulfillment and joy . I also teach clients tools to literally change the structure and functioning of their brains to positively transform themselves and their lives
