Lead the plant Industrialization department, consisting of process and engineering staff. Responsible to continuously industrialize new manufacturing Lines, systematically drive underlying waste and efficiency improvements, proactively and reactively manage all quality program related tasks, manage technical relationships with customers, and manage related capital expenditures.
Ensure the quality requirements and customer specifications.
