I am professional with Bachelor degree in Marine Navigation/Maritime Management and MBA (holder of Russian passport and Permanent Resident of Namibia). I have over 25 years of working experience in maritime industry as a Captain and Manager of mining, dredging, offshore construction and fishing companies, ship agencies and Port Authorities. Fluent English (not native), sworn translator of the High Court of Namibia. Have a good knowledge of different cultures and negotiation skills.
