Job Description

Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of Business Informatics or with a corresponding degree
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international ERP standardization project as well as several years of experience in project management
Good knowledge of end to end processes in the Order to Cash area, especially with regard to order entry, order fulfillment and invoicing as well as BPMN 2.0
Fluent English spoken and written
Professional, results-oriented approach, quality- and customer-oriented working methods as well as convincing behavior towards stakeholders at all hierarchical levels of an international organization
Good presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of common ERP systems

Job Responsibilities

Definition and implementation of standardized Order to Cash (OTC) processes in collaboration with the Product / Service Excellence teams Support of the business units with regard to implementation, improvement or redesign of OTC processes, in particular the sub-processes Order Entry, Order Fullfillment and Invoicing Ensuring consistent process documentation according to BPMN 2.0 and maintaining OTC-relevant master data and establishing corresponding processes globally Project management of the Role-Out for all relevant OTC sub-processes Formulation of the Functional Requirement Documents for Application Management Integration of Design Solutions into existing end-to-end templates Creation of process analyzes / evaluations based on pro
