Job Description

Run complex QA manual and automation projects through the complete project lifecycle (from ideas to execution)
Work closely with senior management, other team leaders to ensure availability and involvement of right resources for the QA projects and activities
Mentor, coach and guide the internal and external key team members in testing techniques and methodologies for both automation and manual testing
End-to-end delivery of project objectives (scope, time, budget) within a predefined STLC process
Propose solutions and process flows based on the Quality Assurance requirements and best practices
Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed, and continuously monitor and control projects status

Job Responsibilities

5-7+ years’ extensive experience working in quality assurance and as a QA Manager - budget, scope, quality & risks with globally distributed teams Experience of managing complex software QA projects, both automation and manual testing Strong knowledge in STLC process and Agile methodologies Strong Experience testing in the mobile/web/tablet applications, working in TDD/BDD environments and in CI/CD Strong experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Octopus Knowledge working with automation tools (Selenium/Webdriver) and CI tools (Jenkins/Bamboo) Project management skills with the ability to develop a project plan, work-breakdown structure, schedule, critical path, and deliver against objectives
