Job Description

The Data Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Quotation Team to enable a timely turnaround time when dealing with the Request for Quotations (RFQs) and other client needs.

Job Responsibilities

The Data Support Coordinator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: •Support the Quotation Team with all data entry related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation •Ensure the quality of data entry is maintained and are followed as per company standard processes •Support system developments related to Request for Quotations (RFQ’s) registrations through providing automation resolutions •Monitor automation jobs in successful registration of queries in the system •Accurately upload supplier price lists on system and coordinate all related information •Ensure individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved •Assist the customer service team with the preparation of quotations
