Sales Trainer

Job Description

Support the Operations Department for sales training initiatives. Other responsibilities include:
1. Conduct training needs analysis by identifying individual and team skills gaps and reviewing sales trends;
2. Develop digital and print training materials (e.g. manuals) and maintain updated files of training modules;
3. Organize classroom-style training sessions regarding product features and utilize appropriate sales delivery delivery techniques;
4. Lead training sessions and for new hires and tenured agents;
5. Provide sales, retention, upselling and cross-selling skills support during Nesting;
6. Assess the impact of each training course on staff performance and client satisfaction.
