Job Description

 Develop a cross departmental 3 year strategy annually in view of Hub strategy

 Aligning with his/her functional managers in HQ

 Manage a comprehensive cross departmental plan that links business objectives to each department

 Budget annually departmental costs

 Manage performance of each department within its score card and on KPI basis

 Develop career plan for his team members and follow up its progress through performance management process.

 Ensure transparency with HQ and Hub operation

 Ensure governance in all functions as per the co. code of conduct.
 Budget plan & monthly review and Personnel plan

 Organising of all production areas

 Clarifying the interfaces to other departments

 Reducing

Job Responsibilities

Education : Bsc. Of chemistry or engineering or operations management or related field Experience : Min. 15 Years in relevant industry– Chemicals or Process industry or food industry  Professional experience in similar managerial position of the whole or part of the operation.  Multinational experience is a must Specialist requirements : Fluent in English, German is a plus  Good understanding of financial planning, and budget planning  Excellent team playing capability  Excellent people management skills  Excellent communication skills  Excellent reporting skills using de-facto systems and software programs  Computer skills: o Very good command of Office Applications (Word processing – Spreadsheets
