Job Description
The job holder is responsible for overseeing all ICT (Information Technology) functions in the company. He will be in charge of a team of ICT heads/supervisors and manage the company’s technology operations, information system and the implementation of new ICT systems and policies.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Identify innovation trends that are relevant to the technology road map of the company.
• Manage IT Team (Voice- System- Information System- service support team & Network Team).
• Insure proper design of the LAN, MAN and WAN voice and data networks.
• Install, maintain, upgrade and repair a wide range of ICT equipment.
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
