Job Description
We are looking for experienced, visionary, result-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build technical and technological vision of an organisation. He or she will oversee all technical aspects of the company and lead its technological development.
CTO will help building the whole R&D department from ground up, including hiring personnel, establishing processes and methodologies and lead the departament to meet company’s business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Establish, oversee and manage correct processes, methodologies and tools to ensure efficiency of the departament.
Build high-level and detailed product architecture and technological roadmap.
Establish the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of the company’s technological development
Direct the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
Conduct research and proof of concepts on new technologies to yield competitive advantage.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality, efficiency and security.
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
