A NATIVE LEVEL ENGLISH speaker with experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the IT/Telecom industry, based in Sofia, Bulgaria

IMPORTANT: THE POSITION REQUIRES HAVING PERMANENT STAY AND WORK PERMIT IN BULGARIA

• Able to manoeuver C-Level decision makers
• Manage information in Salesforce.com about projects, update information about companies and contact persons
• Effectively manage a pipeline of designated accounts in CRM
• Understand the COMCAST business environment
• Prepare basic quotations, initiate and handle special discount requests and send requested information via email to the customer
• Follow-up and maximize the deal closure rate of a pipeline of assigned accounts

Job Responsibilities

• Take a key role to work directly with sales and marketing teams–supporting activities performed by the later and proactively initiating other actions • Follow-up on cold calls created, recognize opportunities and track the progression. It will require managing all the relations with B2B customers and business partners • Work and align with marketing teams on defined marketing campaigns and priorities • Support internal sales account managers to map, profile, arrange appointments for selected key accounts/verticals • Required to perform cold calls in collaboration with internal telemarketing teams in identified, named accounts or verticals. • Follow opportunities with sales to monitor the Opportunity Sales Cycle Progression
