We are looking for a strong and innovative leader to seamlessly execute our talent acquisition function to enable our continued growth and global impact. You will help us find the top talent that embodies the values and beliefs of ALU. We need someone interested in creating a strong and robust Talent Acquisition process from engagement to hiring backed by data and analytics, with a little bit of magic thrown in! Simply put, we are looking for a “people-person” with high emotional intelligence, who is a good relationship builder, and has strong systems building and data skills. Job Responsibilities

Designing and evolving a strong recruiting engine to provide scale and flexibility. This selection process should not only assess skills but culture and fit within ALU Identify the key talent sources and top sites for hiring Take ALU's employer and talent brand and get it through channels Working closely with the VP of People & Culture to identify talent within the organisation and create systems and processes for promotions and internal transitions; Ensuring research and analytics tools and dashboards are operational to enable tracking of key recruitment metrics.
