Our client is seeking an experienced human resources and talent acquisition professional to join their team, located in the SF Bay area to work in the capacity of Director of Human Resources. The chosen candidate will provide strategic leadership in all human resources functions, including recruitment and employment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee services, HRIS, and overall human resources strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess experience acting as a strategic consultant to leadership. You must possess a deep understanding of a non-exempt workforce.
