Our client, a global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join their team, located in NE to work in the capacity of Employee Relations Specialist. The chosen candidate will be accountable for the delivery of employee experience and employee relations HR services to plant locations, including but not limited to Employee Experience and Employee Relations. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the deployment of employee experience and employee relations to plant locations and provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses for assigned location(s).
