Our client, a professional services organization is seeking an experienced financial leader to join their team, located in the NY/NJ area to work in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. The chosen candidate will report to the CAO and to the Management and Finance Committees.
Job Responsibilities
*Responsible for accounting, planning and analysis for budgeting and monthly forecasting.
* Management oversight of statutory accounting matters for business.
* Provide global leadership and guidance to the finance leaders of the organization.
* Monthly reporting of financial analysis and variance commentary.
* Reporting on financial performance and providing management information to support the business.
* Partner to the CEO of the organization to forecast and measure financial performance.
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve bottom line profitability.
