Initial Washrooms, part of Rentokil Initial, is one of the UK's leading washrooms product and service providers! Where there is a public bathroom/washroom there is an opportunity for a sale! We are looking for Graduate Sales Executives to operate covering the RG postcodes, including Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury, with an office base of Fareham.

You will be signing short and long term contracts with businesses in your designated area, travelling from client to client in order to build rapport, pitch, close & manage accounts for Initial Washrooms.

What the Graduate Scheme looks like: This Graduate Scheme has been designed to fast-track our incoming graduates into management. This is a performance-based scheme - we have a structured grading system in place to allow you to climb. The grading system will see you progress through Rookie Sales Consultant, Sales Consultant and Advanced Sales Consultant before moving onto Management. After 18 months, you will attend our Aspiring Managers training course, which will prepare you to step into a managerial vacancy. We are keen to hear from graduates who: Have a 2.2 BSc/BA in any subject but preferably a management subject Have a Full UK driving license Want a career in sales Enjoy working towards targets and KPIs
