Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to join their global organization, with offices located in the Chicago, IL area to work in the capacity of Director of Maintenance Reliability. The candidate will lead a centralized team that builds and implements a Maintenance Reliability strategy across all of US manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience developing and executing reliability strategies across a network of manufacturing sites for large equipment. They will also possess experience and capabilities leading change management initiatives. Your technical expertise in reliability centered maintenance (RCM) as well as total productive maintenance (TPM) is the key to this position.

Job Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary change agent for company-wide maintenance reliability initiatives by driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful continuous improvement practices. * Develop and implement maintenance reliability strategies to increase machine OEE * Diagnose barriers to overall project success and initiating and facilitating resolution * Train business leaders in the effective use of maintenance reliability tools and methodologies * Building an effective maintenance reliability team through internal & external recruiting * Enable corporate safety and quality strategies. * Improve overall equipment effectiveness and achieve optimal cost performance * Executing the methodologies and tools of RCM an
