Controller / Director of Finance

Skill Needs / Responsibilities: • Revenue accounting and sales deal structuring support • Technical accounting including implementation of new accounting rules • Closing and consolidation process • Finance policy and training • Maintenance of internal business controls, balance sheet review process and SOX support • Auditor relationship management • Coordination of audit committee preparation activities • Results oriented with strong ethics • Building and leading effective teams and projects • Leadership, Communication, Business Acumen, Collaboration • This role will reside in San Jose, CA and will require occasional travel (about 10%) to Boston, MA, and overseas locations including our corporate headquarters in Israel.
