Job Description

The Business Development Manager ("BDM") is an outside "B2B" sales position. Candidates will establish new contacts with local schools and different agencies,. We will discuss fundraising for them and other benefits that will help their members. We are an organization designed to give back to our "heroes" (Military, Fire, Law Enforcement, Medical, Educators, Non-Profit & Government) that make our communities a better place to live by giving them up to $ 20,000 per "hero" to BUY or SELL a home. Also, "heroes" will receive other savings from nationwide vendors. Candidate will earn a residual income on every established contacts.

Job Responsibilities

Candidates will make calls, meet with decision makers and tell them about our efforts to help them with fundraising, and explain the free benefits and cash back rebate program to their "heroes". Maintain contacts with them, and nurture the business relationship over time. Candidate shall be organized, self-motivated, ambitious, dress professional and speak eloquently. Training is provided. A minimum 1 year sales experience or B2B / B2C experience is preferred. Candidates will have an unlimited territory in Southern California. Orange / Riverside / San Bernardino / Los Angeles Counties. This is an outside "sales" position, so candidates should be able to make a lot of phone calls, and travel in their own neighborhood with their own car.
