Job Description
We are actively looking for a Telesales Representative - English/German/French Speaking able to develop sales of refurbished home appliances and surplus stock from well known brands on the international market.
Job responsibilities:
- To follow up on a portfolio of leads coming through our various marketing channels;
- To contact, negotiate and assist foreign buyers.
- To represent the company and maintain a high level of contact with clients;
- To report weekly and make recommendations for the further activities of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (electronic negotiation and distance negotiation techniques are a must);
- Very good command of German/ French/ English in writing and spoken;
- Very good computer background and internet experience (getting to understand and manage the use of our trading platform and our various other online tools is essential);
- Proven record experience in sales and business development (we are interested particularly in e-commerce and international sales experience if possible);
- Highly motivated individual, creative, ambitious, relationship builder with drive, energy and passion to succeed;
- Results oriented, ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.
