Quantity Surveyor.
Our client are an international real estate company with a diverse project portfolio predominantly centered around Dublin but also regionally.
This is a non-traditional role, their client base and project portfolio is such that they enjoy a variety of work from Mission Critical Data Centre projects, to high end Corporate fit out projects and are also heavily involved in Commercial and some residential development works.
The business is split across a number of business streams and the QS team work across these streams which leads to a good variety in duties and responsibilities.
