Job Responsibilities

Clinically supervising and evaluating assigned clinical staff while completing staff assessments Participate in treatment team and management teams Provide clinical consultation and training to the programs Participate in the implementation of D-PBIS in the programs Participate in the development and implementation of the specialty bed program description Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement program as defined by Center procedures Provide clinical consultation and training in the programs In conjunction with the State Clinical Director, ensures compliance with the standards and practice of clinical treatment in the programs Partner with Operations team to ensure staff compliance with standards and practice
