Job Description

Our client is a leading supplier of technologically advanced repairs, coatings and services for turbine airfoils and engine components for commercial airlines and industrial turbine applications is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to join their team, located in Tampa, FL to work in the capacity of Project Engineer. The chosen candidate will plan, direct and coordinate continuous improvement actions within the foundry and heat treat areas. The ideal candidate must possess experience working with FTView SE in a network distributed environment and working knowledge of Intouch Wonder Ware and Archestra and knowledge of networking.

Job Responsibilities

•Develop and implement betterment actions within the hot area of the foundry resulting in on increasing up time, and reducing the mean time between failure (MTBF) •Support the hot area AFTS in quickly determining root cause and corrective actions for unplanned down time, returning equipment to a usable condition supporting a target of mean time to repair within 10hrs or better. •Projects manage specific assigned capital investment projects and act as advisor on capital projects for all facility based improvements. •to Develop and implement PLC programs in order to quickly identify machine faults and out of spec conditions as well as capture data and analyze for early warning signs of failure.
