Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of energy-saving light, shade, and temperature controls for new and existing homes and offices is seeking a legal professional to join their national team, located in the NE Region of the US to work in the capacity of Senior Regulatory Counsel. The chosen candidate will interface with US and Canadian Regulatory Agencies on regulatory matters. The ideal candidate would be an attorney, currently working within the manufacturing industry with regulatory experience within the US and Canada.

Job Responsibilities

•Engage, collaborate and partner with Outside Counsel on regulatory matters. •Develop Compliance Programs relating to relevant regulatory agencies, including developing appropriate policies and procedures, audits and training. •Manage all regulatory issues for the organization in both the US and Canada. •Keep the organization advised of new and prospective changes in US and Canadian regulations that affect client and its business.
