Job Description

Our client is a leading supplier of technologically advanced repairs, coatings and services for turbine airfoils and engine components for commercial airlines and industrial turbine applications is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to join their team, located in the SE Region of the US, to work in the capacity of Ceramic Engineer. The chosen candidate will support the manufacturing processes by troubleshooting upsets, upgrading processes, updating procedures, developing new products and generally leading all process engineering and product development efforts.

Job Responsibilities

•Test finished ceramics to ensure quality, consistency, and durability standards have been met according to specifications. •May specialize in developing heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials for use in aerospace, electronics, and nuclear energy fields. •Research and select the appropriate hand and power tools to be used in the production process.
