Our client, a large telecommunications services provider is seeking a financial professional to join their team, located in the SF Bay area, to work in the capacity of SEC Analyst. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the preparation of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-Ks in addition to XBRL requirements and their press release.
Job Responsibilities
•Assist in the coordination of quarterly reviews and annual audits.
•Review intercompany transactions and prepare consolidated financial statements.
•Assist in assessment of revenue contracts and transactions.
•Preparation of stock-based compensation calculations.
•Research technical accounting issues and prepare accounting memos supporting the Company’s position, including implementation of new accounting standards.
•Opportunities to assist in other areas of accounting and close including technical research and other ad hoc projects.
