My Networking Pitch
My name is Bonga Matchaba, I'm the co-founder of an HR software company called Hexient Solutions. For some context, we're building interactive skills assessments for non technical skills that organizations can deploy in their talent acquisition process to give candidates the opportunity to showcase their skills, while simultaneously helping organizations reduce the time and cost to hire, increase fairness in the hiring process, and ultimately improve the overall quality of hire.
