I am the Head of Tax and Finance at Consultingcentre, a company that provides tax, legal and corporate finance services.
I have experience in M&A transactions, in the aspects of corporate finance including the financing of companies and groups of companies; I have a particular experience in the acquisition and management of football clubs in Europe.
