I am the Founding Director of NGC (New Ground Creations) a social enterprise that helps young people overcome inner-city challenges through leadership and business skills. The organisation works with a holistic approaching providing services to both young people, parents and professionals in the hopes of reducing youth violence and gangs whilst improving the mental health of young people.
