After graduating summa cum laude from the Lawrenceville School in New Jersey, Henrik P. Maxian earned a bachelor of science degrees in business and civil engineering from Carnegie Mellon. He began his career with Southland Industries, where he oversaw work on projects such as the Cache Creek Resort, the Village at Northstar, and the Ritz at Northstar. In 2007 Henrik left his position as senior project manager with Southland to move back to the East Coast.Industry Experience
