Since founding INIACAP in 2003, Bency Alphonse has often served as the international organization’s president. With the nonprofit, Bency Alphonse raises funds for Haiti-based education projects, community support activities in Florida while also presiding over board meetings. Alongside supervising the charity’s officers, he represents INIACAP in the media and community. In addition to this work, he joined Fort-Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center in 2018 and serves as a per diem therapist.Industry Experience
